OVERVIEW

This is the agreement between you (the customer) and Enilk Essentials (us). When you use this website or buy from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is what's in force. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.

The site is hosted on Shopify. Shopify is not a party to your purchase — they just provide the platform. All sales are with Enilk Essentials.

WHO CAN BUY

You must be at least the age of majority in your state (18 in most US states) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

ACCOUNTS

You're responsible for the security of your account — your password, your devices, your access. If someone uses your account to place orders, you're responsible for those orders unless you can prove fraud.

PRODUCTS

We do our best to show products accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen than in person — phones, monitors, and ambient lighting all affect how products render. If a product arrives meaningfully different from what was shown, that's covered by our refund policy.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, and discontinue products at our discretion.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We can accept or decline any order for any reason — we'll email you if we decline. Once we accept and process payment, the order is final and shipped per our shipping policy.

PRICES

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless free shipping applies. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We don't add hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

If we display the wrong price by accident and you order at that price, we may cancel the order and refund you. We'll email you before cancelling so you can re-order at the correct price if you want.

PAYMENTS

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (currently major credit cards via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal where available). By providing payment information, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

See our Shipping Policy for full details. Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you — but we still help you resolve issues with the carrier through our refund policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site — product photos, descriptions, the brand name, the logo, the site design — is owned by Enilk Essentials or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

You can share product links to friends, post screenshots in personal social media, and reference products in reviews. You can't repurpose our content for your own store or marketing.

USER FEEDBACK

If you send us reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use it (including publicly) without compensation. We won't use your name or identifying details without permission.

PROHIBITED USES

Don't use the site to:
• Break any law
• Harass us, our staff, or other customers
• Try to bypass our payment system, security measures, or rate limits
• Scrape product data, prices, or content for commercial use
• Run bots that buy out inventory or interfere with normal customer access
• Submit false orders, chargebacks in bad faith, or fraudulent returns

We can suspend or ban accounts at our discretion for violating any of this.

AI / AGENT ACCESS

If you use AI agents to access this site on your behalf, the agent must identify itself in the user-agent string as an automated tool and respect any rate limits or restrictions we set. Agents must not impersonate humans or complete CAPTCHAs designed to block automation.

WARRANTIES

Products are sold "as is" except where a specific warranty is stated in the product description. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost time, secondary losses — even if we knew they were possible.

This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your state.

INDEMNIFICATION

If your use of the site causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable defense costs. This is standard legal boilerplate — it doesn't apply if the issue is our fault.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any dispute will be handled in California state or federal courts.

ASSIGNMENT

You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We can transfer ours if we sell the business or merge.
